Ingredients
- A loaf of Challah Box challah cut into cubes to make about 4 cups
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Optional - powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a 9” x 5” loaf pans with cooking spray
- Mix eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in large mixing bowl until smooth
- Stir in bread, bananas, and chocolate chips and let rest for 5 minutes
- Pour into loaf pan
- Bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean
- Before serving, sift some powdered sugar on top or add a scoop of vanilla ice cream
