Chocolate Pretzel Valentine’s Day Challah

Ingredients for dough:

  •  The Challah Box


Ingredients for filling:

  •  Chocolate Spread (Nutella) 
  •  Crushed Salted Pretzels


  • After your dough rises...
  • Roll out the dough into a flat rectangle shape 
  • Spread Nutella over the flattened dough leaving a 1 inch border
  • Sprinkle crushed pretzels all over the chocolate
  • Roll the dough starting from one short edge to the other
  • Split the dough down the middle along the length of the roll exposing the chocolate and pretzel filling
  • Twist the 2 strands and pinch each end closed
  • Lightly brush on egg wash
  • Let rise for the second time
  • Brush with your second egg wash and generously sprinkle with more crushed pretzels 
  • Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees
